  • Payment

    Payment must be made 2 hours prior to the seminar start tiime to ensure a seat.

  • Missed Attendance

    No-shows or cancelation with less than a 24 hour notice will result in the loss of the seminar and make-ups are not possible.  


  • Refund of Seminar

    A full credit or refund will be issued to any client who cancels their enrollment 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the seminar. 


    Valid exceptions to the Refund and Credit Policy are allowed if weather conditions creates dangerous driving conditons or in the instance of a illness or death.
